Yoga helps in boosting self esteem and confidence and to bring learning to students on an experiential level. Yoga teaches them to perseverance, be patient, and work towards their goals. Yoga also provides tools for practicing compassion, mindfulness, generosity, focus, strength and flexibility.

Yoga is an integral part of the campus life in Ratnapuri Institute of Technology College of polytechnic. Every year, international yoga day celebrated in the campus to strengthen the                      system of healthy mind in healthy body.
